1. Who we are
AIUpright is published by an individual developer based in China ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the information described below. Contact for any privacy question, and for exercising your rights: support@aikesijie.com.
Our merchant of record is Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which is the seller for your purchase and the controller for the payment data it collects.
2. What we collect
- Information you send us. When you email support, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include in the message.
- Order information. When you buy, Creem processes the payment and shares only what we need to provide support and keep records — typically your email address, order number, product, amount, currency, date and country. We never receive or store full card details.
- Website data. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) for security and reliability; we do not use them to profile visitors.
- The add-on. AIUpright runs inside Blender. It has no telemetry and does not send your models, scenes or usage data to us.
3. What we do not collect
No account is required. There is no mailing list, no tracking pixel, no third-party advertising and no profiling. The site loads no external fonts or scripts.
4. Our legal bases
We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the product and answering support), to comply with legal obligations (order and tax records), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the product working and preventing abuse. We do not rely on consent for any of this, and we do not use your data for advertising.
5. Who processes payment
Creem acts as merchant of record: it handles payment, invoices, sales tax/VAT, refunds and chargebacks under its own privacy policy. We do not see your payment instrument.
6. Sharing and international transfers
We share personal data only with Creem, with our hosting provider (which stores this site and its server logs), and with authorities where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside your country, using the safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Retention
We keep support email and order records only as long as needed for the purposes above, including tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete or anonymise them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. Email support@aikesijie.com to make a request; we answer within three business days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
The product is a development tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
